Ability Through Action was incubated under Toronto Metropolitan University's Social Venture Zones. Patrick Lloyd and Kelsea MacKay co-founded ATA in 2022 after Russia invaded Ukraine. Kelsea and Patrick have volunteered in Ukraine for the past two summers, creating on-the-ground connections and capturing content about the toll the war has taken on Ukrainians
